| How soon will you post my order? | Orders are posted promptly, please allow up to 3 business days (unless stated otherwise in product listing) once your payment has cleared, whilst we do have some stock ready to go on our shelves most products are custom made and may require 2 to 3 days to manufacture. We will notify you via email once your item has been posted/shipped so you know its on the way. Orders are not despatched until full payment and postage costs have been received. **Sometimes delays in processing your order is beyond our control.  How can I find out how much postage/shipping will cost before I order? | You will find the item/product weight in each listing, Look for post box as shown here. wOnce you have the total weight you will find the cost of postage in each category at the top of the page, again the post box where you will find the cost of under 500grams etc. Alternatively, once you have added the items you are interested in to your shopping/checkout cart you can click on the 'View Cart' link, you will need to fill in your details so that the calculation can be given according to weight/destination. Once in the checkout you will have the option to add or delete items, you can then proceed through the checkout if you have finished shopping or go back and continue shopping. |

| My order has not arrived | Please check with your local post office first. Often parcels are waiting for collection and the card has blown out of your letter box or the local post office has failed to send you a parcel pickup notice. Sometimes there are delivery delays, please be aware that the Australian Postal service is beyond our control, there may be a delay depending on the distance, sometimes country areas do have a longer delivery time. The best way to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel is via registered/insured post for peace of mind. Registered post is only a couple of dollars extra within Australia.
