 We offer a refund or exchange on all products.
Any goods that are not up to expectations can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days.
Note: Goods returned for Exchange or Refund under the "Money Back Guarantee" must be clean and unused (clean and free from any dirt and/or horse hair).

 All of our products are covered with a "14 day money back Warranty". If you find your item to be faulty return/contact within 14 days and you will receive your money back or you can choose to exchange. If after 14 days you find a fault/problem please Contact us.
Note: Goods returned under Warranty i.e faulty products can be returned used.
Is Postage Refunded?
 No, we do not refund postage. Postage is only refunded on faulty items, once we determine them to be faulty.
If you wish to exchange/return an item.. We ask that you send via Registered Post to return to us. If you wish to exchange your product you will also need to pay postage to have the item then sent back to you. We cannot be held responsible if you return via normal post and the item goes missing.
