| How do I know my order went through? | When you proceed through the checkout you will receive an invoice which has all your purchase details, if you notice that anything is incorrect please contact us asap. At the same time your order is received by us, we usually start processing orders within 24 hours (except weekends). You will receive notification that your order has been posted. For embroidered items & large orders we will be in contact to confirm details with you. |
| I have paid but not received my order.. | If you have received a "Posted" email from us and you feel enough delivery time has been allowed please check with the online tracking or your local post office first. Often parcels are waiting for collection and the card has blown out of your letter box or the local post office has failed to send you a parcel pickup notice.
