Yes! You do need to register
Your Benefits to registering 1. When you purchase again from us you will not need to fill in all your details again. 2. You will have access to tracking details 3. Should there be a mishap and you are overcharged postage we give credits directly back to your account, these are available to you to use when you next proceed through the checkout 4. You can also add items to a wish list and come back at a later date to buy them. 5. Or you can add them to the cart and save the cart so you can buy at a later date

No, however we do prefer that you pay within 7 days.
If you wish to delay your payment please let us know the date you intend to pay.
If you haven't paid after 7 days and we have not heard from you those Products will become available for sale again, in which case should they sell we may not be able to provide you with items that have limited quantities/colours.

Your order will be Posted within 3 business days from cleared payment except embroidered items which may take 10 to 14 days.
Sometimes delays are unavoidable in which case we will let you know of any delays.

Postage times vary on distance, times given are estimates via registered or standard post, during holiday seasons and busy times it may take longer.

How do I Track my Order?

You will find your tracking number when you sign in to "Track your Orders" (link is on left side of our website under "Your Cart")
The website where you check for tracking is Australia Post, the link is available when you sign in to your account (the one you have with us) or put this address in your website browser http://auspost.com.au/track/ you will need to put the numbers in then click Browse.
Please Note: Tracking may not show until parcel is near or at your local Post Office.

Q: My Order has not arrived?
My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Please check with your local Post Office first. Often parcels are waiting for collection at the Post Office. Parcels that are not picked up within 14 days are generally sent back to us.
Did you receive an email to say we have posted your Order? Have you checked Online Tracking? Checked with your Local Post Office? Asked other Family Members? (yes it may sound strange but sometimes in a busy house things are easily overlooked or left in the car.)
Please contact us via phone or email if your order has not been received in an appropriate time and you have checked all the above items. We will check with Australia Post for your parcel to be tracked down.
Sometimes there are delivery delays, please be aware that the Australian Postal service is beyond our control, there may be a delay depending on the distance, sometimes country areas do have a longer delivery time. The best way to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel is via registered/insured post for peace of mind. Registered post is only a couple of dollars extra within Australia.

How do I add things to shopping cart & what happens when I do?

Each listing/product has a 'Add to Cart' button, when you click on the 'Add to Cart' button it will add the item to your shopping basket/account.
Some of the products may have quantity, colour and/or size option that you will need to select.
You can add as many products to the cart as you like and revise your order before proceeding through the checkout.
At any time while you are purchasing you can "View the Cart" or sign into your account and "Save the Cart", when you are ready to pay you can proceed through the checkout.
Total cost of your order will be displayed to you along with the postage options, please select required postage.
You can change your order at any time prior to submitting your payment information, if you wish to change your order after submitting it please contact us asap.
Confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address.

An invoice will be sent automatically via email when you purchase. Generally we only send a Packaging Slip with your parcel.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Please request your password via '"Forgot password click here". You will find a link on the "login page" or "track my order" page.
All you need to do is provide your email address and the system will automatically send your "sign in" details to your recorded email address on file as per your entry at the time of registration, once you receive your password you can log in.
If you are stuck and can't remember which email address you used simply send us an email and we can either let you know which email address or have the system send your details to your account email address..

Once you have completed the checkout you will receive an invoice which has all your purchase details, if you notice that anything is incorrect please contact us asap.
At the same time a copy of your order is emailed to us, we usually start processing orders within 24 hours (except weekends/public holidays).
You will receive notification when your order has been posted.

We understand that some shoppers do not wish to place information on a website.
We are happy to take your order via email or via phone.
You can also email with your order and we can call to discuss your order and payment, please provide your phone number and details you would like to know or your order and we can let you know total cost including postage when we call.

I am having problems with the checkout?

Problems usually arise from blocking cookies, once you enable cookies it should allow you to checkout normally, if the problem persists please contact us, we are happy to take your order via email or phone, we can give our bank details or send a PayPal invoice.
